Welcome to The Digital Learning Den ("Platform"). By creating an account and using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose and Scope

The Platform provides help, support, and training to primary school teachers on implementing the Digital Competence Framework and computer science aspects from the Science & Technology AoLE in their classrooms. Access to the materials is limited to registered users only with an active subscription.

2. Account Registration and Subscriptions

• You must create an account and maintain an active subscription to access the content on the Platform. Subscription is annual and payment must be received within 60 days.The owner reserves the right to suspend access to the platform if no payment is made within this timeframe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Community Guidelines

• The Platform includes a "My Communities" section where users can interact and share ideas.
• You agree not to engage in:
  • Abusive or offensive language.
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or irrelevant content.
  • Sharing or posting illegal materials.
• Content posted in "My Communities" will be monitored. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Content shared by users remains their property. However, by posting, you grant the Platform a license to display and distribute the content within the community.
• Materials provided by the Platform are copyrighted and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed outside the Platform without permission.

5. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the materials, we are not responsible for:
  • Errors or omissions in content.
  • Outages or interruptions in access to the Platform.
  • Any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Termination of Use

• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms of Use.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
